Many families enjoy repeat visits to Louis Lake every year. Plan well in advance for your family reunion or group adventure by making a reservation early. Be sure to reserve the dates that work best for your group well in advance.

Rates for individuals cabins and rentals are below.

Family Reunion and Group Adventure Rates for 2007
$ 900/ day	Includes all eight cabins, two lodge bedrooms and RV & tent sites. *
$ 1,100/ day	Includes all eight cabins, Two lodge bedrooms and RV & tent sites. PLUS: Unlimited use of 3 canoes, 2 kayaks and 3 fishing boats. *
Ask for pricing:	Meals can be included with prior arrangements. Horses can be brought in for day rides.
Events:	Weddings, meetings, activities and group events can use the main lodge multi-purpose rooms. Let's talk about options, room sizes and possibilities.
*Based on 55 people staying at least three nights. Discounts for smaller groups and longer stays are available. Prices subject to change without notice.

Payment terms
	25% due at time of reservation
	Full balance due 30 days before arrival
Cancellation policy
	Louis Lake's prime summer season is only 10 weeks long, so we often have several requests for the same dates. With this in mind, once your reservations is confirmed, if you cancel, you are still responsible for the full balance. This is because we often turn others away for the same dates. However, we may be able to fill your spot with someone on our waiting list and then your payment will be refunded, minus your deposit. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible, so we can try to fill the reserved cabins.
