Cancellation policy

Louis Lake's prime summer season is only 10 weeks long, so we often have several requests for the same dates. With this in mind, once your reservations is confirmed, if you cancel, you are still responsible for the full balance. This is because once you make your reservation we often turn others away for the same dates. However, we may be able to fill your spot with someone on our waiting list. If so your payment will be refunded, minus a $50 reservation fee. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible, so we can try to fill your spot at Louis Lake Lodge.
